Isaiah's Designations
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®)
For more than 50 years, the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification has
been the standard of excellence in financial planning. CFP®
professionals meet rigorous education, training and ethical standards, and
are committed to serving their clients' best interests today to prepare them
for a more secure tomorrow.
Designed for immediate, real-world application, the financial planning
strategies taught in the Chartered Financial
Consultant® (ChFC®) program prepare designees to advise
a full range of potential clients on a diverse set of financial matters.
For nearly 100 years, the Chartered Life Underwriter®
(CLU®) designation has helped insurance and financial
professionals seeking the knowledge they need to succeed in the life
insurance field. Through the program, designees gain an in-depth
understanding of the practical, legal, and ethical aspects of life insurance
and learn how to provide the best solutions to a modern and diverse
clientele facing a range of risks and financial situations.
The "Certified in Long-Term Care" (CLTC®) designation, established in 1999, focuses on extended care planning. It equips professionals with the skills to address the impact of longevity on clients’ families and finances, emphasizing proactive strategies to mitigate the emotional and financial challenges of long-term care through tailored plans that ensure security and peace of mind.
The AEP® designation is an advanced, graduate-level certification in estate planning. It is earned by professionals who already hold recognized credentials in various estate planning disciplines and embrace a collaborative, team-based approach. This designation is awarded to individuals who meet rigorous standards in experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation, and character.

compensation in exchange for placement on its Top Financial Security Professional
(FSP) rankings (including the Best-In-State Financial Security Professional
rankings), which are determined independently (see methodology). FSP refers to
professionals who are properly licensed to sell life insurance and annuities. FSPs
may also hold other credentials and licenses which would allow them to offer
investments and securities products through those licenses. The ranking algorithm is
based on qualitative measures learned through telephone, virtual and in-person
interviews to measure best practices, client retention, industry experience,
credentials, review of compliance records, firm nominations; and quantitative
criteria, such as assets under management, sales figures, and revenue generated for
their firms. Investment performance is not a criterion because client objectives and
risk tolerances vary, and these professionals rarely have audited performance
reports. Individuals must carefully choose the right FSP for their own situation and
perform their own due diligence. SHOOK’s research and rankings provide opinions
intended to help individuals choose the right FSP and are not indicative of future
performance or representative of any one client’s experience. Past performance is
not an indication of future results. For more information, please see www.SHOOKresearch.com. SHOOK is a registered trademark

The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association
of Financial Professionals, is recognized globally as the standard of excellence for
life insurance sales performance in the insurance and financial services industry.
